Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. We offer 3 day shipping through UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a UPS tracking number to the email address listed on your order when your item is shipped. After receiving your tracking number, please allow 24 hours for tracking updates in the UPS system. 

Please track your package daily to ensure you receive your order promptly. A signature is required at the time of delivery.


Once UPS receives packages, we are no longer responsible for the package. UPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them at 1 (800) 742-5877.
